Teaching Artist at Creative Citizen Studios

Lauren is a teaching artist with Creative Citizen Studios offering a weekly Portfolio Development class for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is also one of a team of teaching artists who guides free outreach programs at local libraries and partner organizations for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Creative Citizen Studios (CCS) uses art to bring people of all abilities together. We work with artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities ages 16+ to make, exhibit, and sell their work. Our weekly art classes, workshops, and exhibit opportunities help promote our artists while connecting them with a larger community of artists.
